Jörg Oschmann, in Berlin geboren, lebt seit 2007 mit seiner Familie in Südtirol. Dort arbeitet er als Fotograf und Anthropologe, sowie als Filmemacher und Lehrer an sozial-politischen, kulturellen und philosophischen Themen wie Maskulinität, Gesundheit, Trauer und Mensch-Umweltbeziehung.
Er studierte Filmproduktion an der Filmakademie Wien und Kultur- und Sozialanthropologie (M.A.) in Wien und München.

Jörg Oschmann, born in Berlin, has lived with his family in South Tyrol since 2007. There he works as a photographer and anthropologist, as well as a filmmaker and teacher on socio-political, cultural and philosophical topics such as masculinity, health, mourning and human-environment relations.
He studied film production at the Vienna Film Academy and cultural and social anthropology (M.A.) in Vienna and Munich.
